HOW CAN I DONATE IF I CAN’T PARTICIPATE OR FUNDRAISE?

Thank you for your generous support. A donation to Ottawa First Responders Foundation can be made here. You will receive two emails from RaceRoster upon completion of the transaction, one of those being a charity tax receipt, the other proof of your donation.

I WOULD LIKE TO TRANSFER TO A DIFFERENT EVENT. HOW CAN I DO THIS?

  • Visit the event page, select the Transfer button and log-in to your RaceRoster account.
  • Please choose the option to transfer to a new sub-event, and select the event you’d like to transfer to from the drop down menu.
  • To action your transfer select Start Transfer and complete the mandatory fields to complete this transaction. Please note there is a $1.25 fee for transferring to another sub-event.

HOW CAN I VERIFY MY REGISTRATION RIGHT NOW?

HOW CAN I PERSONALIZE MY MEDAL?

iTAB fits perfectly onto the ribbon of your 9runrun medal, engraved with your Name and Finish Time, and is a great way to celebrate your achievement. Your personalized iTab will be mailed directly to you within one month of the completion of your race. You can order an iTab when you register or through the store if you’ve already registered.

Can a friend pick up my kit?

Certainly, using your confirmation information.

Can I pick up my kit on Saturday – Race day?

Please note that we have a limited number of volunteers, so it is recommended to arrive early. Kit pick up is in the Village Square Park starting at 7am.
